Rachel Kove is the CEO and co-owner of Transformational Solutions. For over eight years, Rachel has worked intimately with clients as a life coach, particularly within the fields of addiction, recovery, and personal development. Rachel’s unique ability to connect so effectively with her clients is rooted in her recovery from addiction, depression, and trauma. She utilizes her invaluable experience as a coach to help her clients heal while using her journey to motivate them to transform their lives. Rachel is driven to help people create and lead fulfilling lives where they are able to pursue their passions and dreams. When clients of hers are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or limiting beliefs, she is there to offer proactive coaching and hopeful experience.
Even while maintaining a significant number of clients, Rachel felt driven to reach and help more people, she co-authored a workbook titled “The Mountain Method,” designed to provide awareness, motivation, and life skills to individuals in the process of accomplishing their goals.
Rachel is an entrepreneur at heart, one who is inspired to connect people to themselves. She is highly efficient in coaching individuals, couples, and families, on practical communication skills which are rooted in love, empathy, and understanding. She believes that through healthy communication, accepting and taking responsibility for one’s behavior, and through the process of continued action, anyone can accomplish their heart’s desires.
Rachel believes passionately in people. She understands that with the right guidance and support, anyone can undergo a complete transformation. Her career as a life coach was founded on the idea that anybody can start-over, she founded Transformational Solutions on that very same idea.
Seth Hall is a life coach who embodies transformation. His personal story alone with recovering from drug addiction tells people that no matter where you have come from, with a strong desire to change coupled with consistent action, you can transform your life, and that anything is possible. Seth’s experience working with people individually and on a group level has inspired people to create a life that gives them purpose. He has a vast amount of experience working with treatment teams and families to teach healthy habits and new behaviors that are conducive to a prosperous lifestyle. Through a workbook that Seth has written, he facilitates motivational life skills groups that allow people the opportunity to motivate themselves intrinsically. Seth coaches his clients to implement practical life skills with a positive mindset, which enables clients to accomplish their goals and live a happy life.
Tyler Forte is a life coach and youth mentor who has been helping young men transform their lives for over four years. After studying psychology in Boston, he relocated to California, where he immediately began utilizing his unique ability to offer support, guidance, and hope to those seeking change in their lives. Tyler specializes in helping individuals discover and use their inner-strengths and skills; he focuses on working intimately with his clients to help them realize their goals and potential. What Tyler himself considers his strongest asset is his experience in overcoming addiction and anxiety. He uses his own transformation to not only relate to those he works with but to develop effective coaching plans and to offer new perspectives.
Meriah has experience working in the mental health and nutrition field with specializations in eating disorders, trauma, and addiction, among other comorbid disorders. Meriah’s passion for life coaching stems from both personal life insight and career choices focused on improving the lives of others. Having overcome an array of personal challenges, Meriah is able to empathize with a wide variety of individuals and guide them in the process of self-realization and fulfillment. Her approach to coaching integrates mind, body, and spirit; By addressing all three elements, Meriah teaches clients the value of emotional and physical well-being, with an ultimate goal of achieving balance and peace within. Meriah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and is currently working towards a Master’s degree of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Her background in nutrition and mental health make her an ideal ally on the path to a meaningful life.
Passionate about recovery and overall health, Brian strives to maintain a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Brian is in recovery himself and has seen his life blossom since achieving long term sobriety. He is working towards a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology and is curious about discovering strategies and tools to optimize your life. He believes in maintaining a healthy mind and body through implementing positive habits. He strives to have a purposeful, healthy, life full of fruitful relationships and is excited to nurture others along their path.
Evan Ayers is a fitness and health professional who has spent close to five years working directly with clients; helping them overcome an array of emotional and physical obstacles. He was one of the top trainers at Equinox in Santa Monica for over three years before taking the leap to train privately. He has a personal training certificate from National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, a one hundred and eight hour yoga training certification from Bhakti Yoga Shala, and has completed tier one through three training at Equinox. Before becoming a full time fitness professional Evan worked as a tech at the rehabilitation program, Sober College. This gave him a plethora of experience working with people in recovery. Evan’s connection to recovery goes beyond just working in it, he is also part of recovery himself and is still very active in a 12 step program. He credits the life he has today to the two month in-patient rehabilitation program he attended that changed his life forever. Learning how to take care of himself physically as well as mentally was a huge part of Evan’s recovery process and this is why he was drawn to becoming a fitness professional. He feels it is essential for him to provide people with the same tools he was given that gave him the strength and serenity to overcome his obstacles. These tools have allowed him to have the healthy, balanced, and joyous life he has today.
Rachel Dasi Sillman is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor. She has been trained and certified as a Master Level Reiki Healer through the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. Rachel has also completed the Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Professional Training (MB-EAT) with Jean L. Kristeller in order to better assist those with obesity and dietary issues. Rachel has taught meditation classes and workshops at international retreats around the world, including in downtown Los Angeles and specializes in working with clients in stress reduction, goal creation and attainment and organizational planning. Rachel has also had extensive experience working with clients in organizing and clearing their homes or offices to create a healthy, vibrant, welcoming and productive energy for the space. Rachel received her certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her education has equipped her with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition and health and wellness coaching. Drawing on her expertise, especially around the areas of stress reduction and mindfulness practices, Rachel offers clients suggestions for lifestyle changes that can help them decrease stress and improve their overall health and well-being. Rachel also completed her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga West in Los Angeles and is a certified KRI Yoga Instructor. She weaves past meditative and mindfulness studies into the classes and private instruction she offers to leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired!
Zack has worked actively in the sober community of Los Angeles in many areas starting out at one of the top rehabilitation centers before venturing off into his own sober livings throughout Los Angeles. He has provided guidance and counsel to many young men. He is active within the sober community in Los Angeles. His story of success and recovery came after his own struggle with drug and alcohol addiction. Moving to Los Angeles from Connecticut over 5 years ago and becoming an active member in the sober community has created a passion within to help other young men. He understands and relates well to other young men struggling to maintain sobriety and gain a new self image. He takes a 12-step approach alongside holistic & active lifestyle practices.
